Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
How to return a product
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to contact@weirdbirdss.com specifying: – Your first and last name – Your order number – The product(s) concerned – Your decision to withdraw
We will provide you with the return address in our reply.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with its tags and original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or washed cannot be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order. Initial shipping costs are refunded (excluding additional shipping costs if you had chosen a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping).
Defective or non-conforming products
In case of printing defect, product damaged upon delivery, or product not matching your order, contact us within 14 days at contact@weirdbirdss.com with photos of the product. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our expense.
