Production and shipping times

Our products are printed on demand. The total time between order and delivery breaks down as follows: – Production: 2 to 5 business days – Shipping: 3 to 10 business days depending on destination

Average total delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and the destination. The exact amount is displayed before payment validation.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Customs and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.), the customer may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes according to the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be anticipated by the Seller.

Lost or undelivered packages

In case of delivery issues (package not received after the announced delivery time, package marked as delivered but not received), contact us at contact@weirdbirdss.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
